Rusty joined the staff as Lead Pastor in 1984. His wife LuAnn is the Librarian at Homer Elementary. They have 4 children and 10 grand children. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his Masters from Southwestern Seminary and his Doctorate from Luther Rice Seminary. Rusty and LuAnn love spending time with their kids. They also love serving together in Nicaragua.
David joined the staff in October of 2003, but has been at Trinity since 1963. He is an Ada High and East Central graduate. He and his wife Karen have one daughter, Breanna. Breanna and her husband Travis have two sons. He loves spending time with the grandsons and never misses a Dallas Cowboys game.
Carol joined the staff in 1980. She has two children- Stephen, Susan, and her daughter-in-law, Marie. She loves spending time with her granddaughter, Talia and her grandson, Maddox.
Connections & Young Adults Minister
Zack grew up at Trinity, and returned to Ada to serve on the Trinity staff in 2017. He and his wife Hollie have three children and love serving together as a family. Zack's primary roles at Trinity are to serve the young adults and all of the groups within the church. All of his hobbies include basketball and bacon.
Senior Adult Minister/Pastoral Care
Don joined the Trinity staff in 2003. He and his wife Sharon feel so privileged to serve in this very special segment of the church body and welcome you to join us as we minister together.
Navor is native to Hidalgo, Mexico and has 6 children and 19 grandchildren. He and his late wife have served in this ministry since 1988, coming to Trinity to serve at the Hispanic Mission in 2005. Navor also has a passion for helping others learn English and plays a vital role in the English as a second language classes offered at Trinity.
Wendy Sorrels joined the staff in February 2004. She is married to her husband Chad and together they have three boys- Chase and his wife Magan, Brady and his wife Beyla, and Kaden. She also has her grand baby, Emma and one on the way. Wendy is the director of Children’s Ministry, but her official title is “chaos coordinator."
MC-LPC Family Counselor
Craig Williams joined the Trinity staff in November of 2001. He and his wife Julie have three children and one grandchild. Craig provides counseling services to members of the church and community. In his free time, he loves the Sooners and fantasy football.
Caleb was called to be the Youth Minister at Trinity Ada in 2015. He and his wife Maci have two sons: Wilder and River. He has a passion to help students understand the Gospel and how it changes their lives forever. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, all things coffee, hiking, camping, and quoting The Office.
Youth Associate / Girls Minister
Grace Gandy joined the staff in May 2021. She is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University. Grace’s passion is to see girls become more like Christ through discipleship, service, and simply living life together. In her free time she loves traveling, reading, and a good conversation over a cup of coffee.
University & Missions Minister
Chris joined the staff in the fall of 1990 as the youth and college pastor. That has since changed several times. He currently serves as the Collegiate and Missions pastor where he enjoys using his passions for missions, discipleship and teaching the scripture. His wife, Shellye works as a math instructor for Pontotoc Technology Center. They have two daughters, Macie and Madison with her husband Zack and their baby twins, Everly and Bear.
University & Missions Associate
Kaycee is a native of Altus, OK. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014 before moving to Wake Forest, NC to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In May 2018, she graduated with a Masters of Arts in Ministry to Women. She is passionate about the local church and discipling college girls. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, and hanging with her Westie pup, Sophie.
Media / Communications Director
Haley joined the staff in September of 2021. She is an Okie from Muskogee and attended Oklahoma Baptist University with a major in graphic design. She has a passion for the arts, the church, and finding ways to merge the two. Haley enjoys painting, meeting new people, and insists a fun time can be had anytime, anywhere.
Julie joined the staff in October of 2017. She is married to the staff counselor, Craig Williams together they have three children- Ryan and his wife Brenna, Cody and his wife Amanda, and Halle and her husband Grady. She also has her grand baby, Myla Grace and 2 more on the way.
